Their operation handled over 300 SKUs, ranging from small 14" × 10" × 10" cases to large 24" × 22" × 18" cases, including both sealed and open-topped formats, requiring complex mixed case palletizing. Relying on multiple operators created staffing challenges, slowed throughput, and introduced ergonomic and safety risks making it difficult to maintain consistent, efficient operations.
